Masks from eggs
In addition to cooking masks from yolk and protein, you can make masks from a chicken egg.
Recipe for toning, cleansing and moisturizing mask from the egg for normal and combination skin
Add to the raw egg 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of honey, you can replace honey with olive or vegetable oil, and mayonnaise to replace sour cream, 1 tablespoon of pulp of any fresh berries. All stir, then add the same amount of oat flour, so that when mixing, a thick mass is obtained. We will put this mask on the face for 12 or 15 minutes, then we will wash it off with cool water.

For mixed and normal skin, you can make a mask from a whole chicken egg. To do this, we'll rub it and we'll crush it with a mixer, smear the face, and after 12 or 15 minutes, let's wash ourselves with cool water. This mask enriches it with useful elements and substances, matiruet and moisturizes the skin.
For a greater nutritional effect, we add to the egg 2 teaspoons of milk cream or vegetable oil. To soften the skin, add 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese. To tone and refresh the skin, add 1 tablespoon of fresh orange juice, 1 tablespoon of sour cream, raw egg.

Mask of eggs for combined face skin, more prone to fatty type
Stir 2 tablespoons grated raw potatoes and 1 raw egg. We will put the received mass on the face, and after 12 or 15 minutes we will wash off with cool water.
Dry areas of the skin before applying the mask, lubricate with vegetable oil. This egg mask moisturizes, ennobles and smooths the skin, eliminates excess gloss. If the skin is prone to dry type, then instead of raw potatoes we use potato cooled puree without salt.
To improve the complexion, add 2 tablespoons of grated carrots to the whole raw egg, this mask is suitable for combination and normal skin.

Masks made of protein
Usually, in order to prepare a mask we take 1 protein, but, and if there is not enough such quantity, then we take 2 proteins, then we increase the proportion of the recipe by 2 times. Such masks are made no more often 1 or 2 times a week.

The simplest mask recipe from the protein for the face, is to take it raw and separate the protein from the yolk, smear their face, and leave until the mask is completely dry. Then we'll cool off well with cool water.

The protein can be whipped into a foam if desired. The protein mask is intended for oily skin, the protein has a degreasing, tightening and drying effect. For combination skin, we also use this mask, we apply it to fatty areas of the skin, mainly on the chin, nose, forehead.

If you have oily skin of the face, then in the mask with protein, add 1 or 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, or 1 tablespoon of fresh juice from cranberry, mountain ash, cherry, pomegranate, grapefruit, grapes and sour apples. Just need to know that sour juices lighten the skin a little.

For a slight clarification, matting, degreasing, drying the skin, mix protein with fermented milk products. Such products: sour milk, curdled milk, whey, skimmed natural yogurt, kefir. For one raw protein, take 1 or 2 tablespoons of one of the listed fermented milk products. Ingredients are mixed or whipped into a homogeneous mass, which we put on for 10 or 15 minutes, then we wash it with cool water.

Recipe for a cleansing and drying mask for oily skin
We mix one protein with the same amount of flour - rice, oatmeal, wheaten, oatmeal, to make it not a thick pasty dough. We will impose it on the face, after 15 minutes we will wash ourselves with cool water.
In this recipe, flour can be replaced with nut flour. To do this, take nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts) in a coffee grinder, to the state of flour. For 1 egg white, take 1 tablespoon of nut flour. Well we will stir all components and we will impose on the face a mask, accurately we will massage the face of 2 minutes. Then leave the mask for 10 or 12 minutes, then wash it off with cool water. This mask promotes the best cleansing of oily skin of the face. Nut flour can be replaced with oat flakes.

Masks with cosmetic clay and protein, with very oily skin
Add 2 teaspoons of white clay to the raw protein. If, in addition, that the skin is oily, and it still has acne, or other inflammation, then we use blue clay. We stir the mixture well until a homogeneous mass is obtained so that there are no lumps, and apply for 10 or 12 minutes to the skin of the face. Then we wash it with cool water. This mask has a drying effect, eliminates the greasy shine of the skin, has a cleansing and anti-inflammatory effect.

Masks for the face for mixed skin
Mix until a homogeneous mass of 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 egg white. The resulting composition is divided into a homogeneous mass with one tablespoon of low-fat cottage cheese or sour cream. The mask will be applied to the face, and after 10 or 15 minutes we will wash off first with warm water and then with cool water. Such a protein mask saturates the skin with nutrients, eliminates excess gloss and fat of the skin. To achieve a cleansing effect, instead of sour cream or cottage cheese, thicken the mixture with oatmeal to get a medium density dough.

Vitamin mask for oily skin
Take 1 egg whites stirring with one tablespoon of grated apple. We use apple of sour grade. The resulting composition will be applied for 10 or 15 minutes on the face, and then with cold water. Instead of an apple we use the crushed grains of pomegranate, red currant, raspberry, strawberry, acidic grape varieties, grapefruit, orange, pear flesh.

Whitening masks for oily skin
Razotrem 1 egg white with two tablespoons of chopped parsley, suitable for sorrel and dill.
Stir protein with 1 tablespoon fresh grated cucumber. The resulting mass will be applied for 12 or 15 minutes, then we wash it off with cool water. These mixtures are applied to areas of the skin where there are pigment spots or freckles.

Masks of yolk
Egg yolk has a moisturizing effect, yolk masks are recommended for dry and dehydrated facial skin. For additional moisturizing, you can take not 1 yolk, but 2, and accordingly the proportions of the ingredients, should be increased 2 times.

The most accessible recipe for a mask from the yolk, is to separate the yolk from the protein, and lubricate the face well, after 15 or 20 minutes, we wash the face with warm water. The mask is used for dry skin, as well as prevention of mixed and normal skin.

Nutrition has a mask of yolk and honey. Add a teaspoon of honey, one raw yolk, it's okay to break everything down and apply this compound to your face for 12 or 15 minutes. Then we wash ourselves with warm water.
For a gentle cleansing, add to the mixture another 1 tablespoon oat flakes. Instead of flakes, use 1 tablespoon of oatmeal, cooked on water or steamed porridge, preferably on milk, without sugar and salt.

Nourishing mask with yolk and honey
Well weed out 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 yolk and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Instead of olive oil, pumpkin, peanut butter is suitable. Avocado oil, sesame oil, linseed, apricot, peach, almond. We stir everything, put the mask on your face and after 15 minutes, wash it off with warm water.

For dry facial skin, for additional skin nutrition, make masks with the addition of vegetables and fruits. It can be fresh cabbage, carrots, zucchini. And also apricot, melon, avocado, persimmon, banana. Stir 1 tablespoon chopped pulp of the listed vegetables or fruits, 1 yolk, put the mask on your face, after 15 or 20 minutes, wash it off with warm water.

To moisturize and tonify the combined and normal skin, we make masks from the yolk and fruits: tangerines, oranges, kiwi, grapes, apples, peach, watermelon, cherry. Or we use vegetables: carrots, radish, Bulgarian pepper, cucumber.
For 1 egg yolk, take 1 tablespoon of crushed fruit or vegetable pulp. Mix the mixture for 15 or 20 minutes, then wash it with water at room temperature.

Nourishing masks from egg yolk
Carefully weighed up to a homogeneous mass of 1 tablespoon of fatty cottage cheese and 1 yolk. To do this, instead of cottage cheese, take a soft creamy or vegetable oil, homemade mayonnaise, crumb white bread, cream, fatty sour cream. For 1 yolk, take 1 tablespoon of any of the listed products. The resulting mass will be applied for 15 or 20 minutes on the face, then we will wash it off with warm water. These masks are used to nourish normal facial skin.

Recipe for a moisturizing mask of yolk
Take 2 or 3 tablespoons of warm milk, one yolk and uncovered. The resulting mass of oil your face, and after 15 or 20 minutes, let us wash ourselves with water at room temperature. This mask is suitable for normal, dry and combination skin, which is prone to dry type.

Moisturizing masks with yolk with cleansing action
Add to the egg yolk of oatmeal or oatmeal so much that when stirring the dough becomes of medium consistency. We will put on 15 minutes on the face, then we will wash off a little with warm water.

In this recipe, the egg meal is replaced with 1 tablespoon of oat flakes, or moved to a state of cashew flour, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, we take ½ tablespoon of this flour.

Moisturizing and refreshing yolk masks for normal and combination skin
Mix 2 tablespoons of kefir, it will be replaced with yogurt and natural yoghurt. We smear such a face, then after 15 minutes we wash the face with water at room temperature.
For toning and moisturizing normal and mixed skin, the yolk is mixed with 1 tablespoon of juice squeezed from berries or sour fruits or 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Keep the mask on your face for 10 or 12 minutes, then rinse your face with cool water.

Refreshing, tonic and moisturizing mask for combination and normal skin
Mix until a homogeneous mass of 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of fatty sour cream, 1 yolk. Mix the mixture on your face for 12 or 15 minutes, then wash your face with cool water.

To improve the complexion, the next mask of yolk will help
Razotrem 1 tablespoon peach butter, 1 yolk and add the same amount of fresh carrot juice. Lubricate the received face and after 15 or 20 minutes, wash the face, first warm, then cool water. Suitable for mixed, normal and dry skin.

Nourishing masks for dry skin of the face
Take 1 tablespoon with a slice of oat flakes and pour a small amount of milk, so that the flakes were completely covered with hot milk. Cover the dishes with a lid and leave for 7 or 10 minutes. Warm porridge is used as a mask, put it in a thick layer on your face, wash it off after 15 or 20 minutes. Mask for dry skin
In oatmeal, add one of the following products:
- 1 tablespoon pulp of persimmon or banana,
- 1 teaspoon of honey,
- 1 tablespoon of soft butter,
- 1 tablespoon vegetable or olive oil,
- 1 tablespoon of fat cottage cheese,
- 1 tablespoon of milk cream or fatty sour cream,
- raw egg yolk
Regardless of what you choose the product and do not add it to the oatmeal mask, keep it on your face for 15 or 20 minutes, then wash it off with water.

Mask for normal and combination skin
We mix 1 tablespoon oat flakes with natural yogurt, to make an average gruel. Then add a teaspoon of olive oil and a teaspoon of liquid honey. All the stir and impose on the face, after 15 minutes, let us wash ourselves with warm water. This mask helps to moisturize, refresh and cleanse the skin of the face.

Cleansing, tonic and refreshing mask for normal, oily and combination skin:
We mix 1 tablespoon oat flakes and the same amount of low-fat sour cream. In the resulting mass, add 1 or 2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice. Put the composition on your face, then massage it with your fingertips, and after 15 minutes you will wash your face with cool water.

If there are pimples on the problem skin, then you need to do the following mask
We will dissolve 1 tablespoon of oat flakes with clean hot water to make a thick gruel. When it dries, apply a smooth layer on your face, then leave it on your face until the mask dries. Then wash the mask with water at room temperature. If you do this mask 2 or 3 times a week, you can cleanse your face and get rid of pimples.

Oatmeal mask for mature fading skin
We make from 1 tablespoon oat flakes, we will steal them with black hot tea, we will fill flakes with tea so that it completely covers them. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes. In the resulting gruel, add 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of other citrus juice (grapefruit or orange). All stir, put a face mask on and hold for 15 minutes. Then we will wash ourselves with warm water and then with cool water. This mask cleans and tones well the mature skin, making it supple and smooth.

Mask for oily skin of face
Zalem 1 tablespoon oat flakes kefir (suitable juice from any acidic fruit and berries, sour milk, yogurt), so that with mixing, a mass of average density. Put the mask on your face, massage it with your fingertips, leave the mask until it dries completely. Then we will wash ourselves with cool water, when washing the mask, gently massage our face with our fingers. This procedure makes the skin matte, eliminates excess shine, gently cleanses the oily skin.

For drying and cleansing oily skin, we mix well 1 tablespoon chopped oat flakes with egg white. In this mixture, add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. We hold 12 or 15 minutes on the face, then we will wash ourselves with cool water.

Recipe mask with a scrub effect for oily skin
Add 1 tablespoon oat flakes 1 teaspoon honey and 3 tablespoons kefir. All well mixed and add a pinch of salt. Once again, we mix, apply the composition on the face and gently squeeze for one minute. Then hold the mask for 5 or 10 minutes, then we wash the face with cool water.

Anti-aging facial mask for dry and fading skin
We will pour 1 tablespoon of oat flakes with a small amount of boiling water, then close the lid, we will weld them to get the porridge. In warm porridge add 1 tablespoon of not filtered beer, raw yolk, 1 tablespoon of crushed avocado pulp. We mix the ingredients, apply the mixture for 15 minutes to the skin of the face. We wash in the beginning warm, then cool water.

Nourishing, cleansing and moisturizing mask for dry skin
We stir 1 tablespoon oat flakes with 1 tablespoon of vegetable or olive oil and with raw yolk. Put the mixture on your face, gently massage for a minute, and after 15 minutes, wash your face with warm water.
