Cake "Czech" or "Zhivoglot" The recipe for this cake was shared with me by a good friend, which, in fact, called it "Czech". In fact, this cake was called "Hnogloboth" and was found in the Czech collection of recipes for sweet baking, but, because of its ugly name, was renamed. In truth, the original name of the cake described the dish as best as possible. And, indeed, the cake, due to the fact that it has several fatty cakes, which are richly greased with a cream of butter and condensed milk, is very well ingested! In general, the cake is delicious, moderately sweet and, in addition to the ingredients mentioned, contains nuts, honey and prunes.
Ingredients:- Wheat Flour 1.5 tbsp.
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
- Butter 200 g
- Honey 100 g
- Nuts walnut 1 tbsp.
- Sour cream 100 g
- Eggs chicken 3 pcs.
- Soda 0.5 tsp.
- Table vinegar 1 tsp.
- Boiled Condensed Milk 400g
- Butter 300 g
- Prunes 300 g
- Step 1 Main ingredients: flour, butter, sour cream, honey, eggs, sugar, soda, vinegar, chirnosliv and nuts.
- Step 2 The dough will consist of two parts! Cooking part 1. Mix eggs and sugar, and whisk them thoroughly.
- Step 3 Put 200 grams of butter in a saucepan and melt it.
- Step 4 Slightly cool the butter and pour a thin stool into beaten eggs with sugar, and stir.
- Step 5 In a mixture of eggs, sugar and oil, add flour, and mix thoroughly. The first part of the test is ready, now let's take the second part.
- Step 6 Part 2. Melt the honey.
- Step 7 In a separate bowl, mix a little cooled honey and sour cream.
- Step 8 In sour cream with honey add the soda, after extinguishing it with vinegar, and stir.
- Step 9 Grind 1 cup of nuts.
- Step 10 Pour the nuts into a mixture of sour cream, honey and baked soda, and mix.
- Step 11 Take the dishes a little more and mix in it both parts for the dough.
- Step 12 Pour 1/3 of the whole dough on pre-oiled margarine or sunflower oil and flour-sprinkled cake form. Then we bake the cake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C. In total there should be 3 cakes.
- Step 13 Prepare the cream. Thoroughly mix condensed milk and 300 grams of butter. It should be a homogeneous mass, so it is better to use a mixer or blender.
- Step 14 Grind the prunes.
- Step 15 Finished the cake with cream.
- Step 16 Put the pieces of prunes on the cream. Then cover the top with a second crust, which is lubricated with cream and top with prunes, similar to the first cake.
- Step 17 After the third cake is laid on the lubricated second cork, it is coated with the cake surfaces together with the side surfaces.
- Step 18 On top of the cake can be decorated with chopped nuts with prunes. We put the cake in a warm place for 6 hours so that it soaks. The cake is ready!
