Meat sandwiches These meat sandwiches on slices of bread with a ring of fried eggplant in the middle in appearance, and taste very similar to real cutlets! Only for their preparation will need much less meat than for regular cutlets, so these sandwiches can also be called economical! In general, very delicious sandwiches are obtained-cutlets, which are good as hot, so already cooled down!
Ingredients:- Eggplant 1 pc.
- Loaf of 0.5 piece.
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Pork pulp 350g
- Sunflower refined oil 300 ml
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 0.5 tsp.
- Onions 1 pc.
- Step 1 To make "false" cutlets, we need a pork pulp, a long large eggplant (or 2 medium), a loaf or plain bread, onion, chicken egg, sunflower refined oil, salt, black ground pepper.
- Step 2 Pork pulp and peeled onion cut into pieces and let through a fine mesh grinder. But I prefer to prepare minced meat for this dish, using a blender, then the meat and onion become a mushy consistency, with them it is very easy to work afterwards.
- Step 3 Solim, pepper minced, drive the egg.
- Step 4 Mix thoroughly.
- Step 5 Eggplant is cut into rings approximately 0.7-1 cm and by means of a circular mold with a diameter of 6 cm we cut out such rings. If the eggplant is thick, then all the slices will have to be cut out of the pulp, and if not thick - it will turn out like mine. Thus, we get all the rings of the same diameter (we need 14 pieces).
- Step 6 We cut the loaf or bread not with thick pieces about 1.5 cm, we cut them out with the same mold that we used to cut the rings from the eggplant, bread round billets.
- Step 7 On sunflower refined oil fry the rings of eggplants from two sides, slightly salting.
- Step 8 Put the bread in one layer on the board.
- Step 9 With a teaspoon for each piece, spread a little minced meat.
- Step 10 Put on a slice of eggplant, lightly pressing them into the layer of minced meat.
- Step 11 We distribute the remaining minced meat over the eggplants and from the sides, forming round cutlets. Just leave the bottom without minced meat.
- Step 12 Fry the cutlets in a large amount of sunflower refined oil on medium heat from two sides, first laying on the heated frying pan with the side where the mince, and then a little more frying from the bread side.
