- Chicken - 300-400 Grams (Fillet)

Chop the chicken fillets in small cubes. Put on a heated frying pan with butter. Fry over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. In salted boiling water, fill in pre-washed rice or 2 ready-made sachets of rice. Grate 2 medium carrots on grater. To the chicken, add salt and seasonings to taste and fry until golden brown. Add the grated carrots to the chicken and mix. Put on a slow fire and fry for 5-10 minutes. Boiled rice add to chicken with carrots and mix thoroughly. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes, then turn off the fire. The dish is ready. Before serving, you can decorate pilaf finely chopped green onions. Bon Appetit!
