Cod under bread and cheese crust

Cod fillets should be thoroughly rinsed, then dried, sprinkled with lemon juice and ambassador Ingredients: Instructions

The cod fillets should be thoroughly rinsed, then dried, sprinkled with lemon juice and salt. Leave the minutes at 10-15. All ingredients for breading - it's cheese, bread crumbs, garlic and thyme - we put into the blender bowl. Grind to the consistency of crumbs. We take a frying pan, warm up the olive oil in it, fry the cod fillets (without breading) to a light ruddy crust on both sides. Remove the frying pan from the fire, generously fill the fish with cooked bread and cheese, and put the frying pan (or baking dish) in the oven. Bake for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Crust during this time should be properly browned, and the fish is fully prepared. We take the fish out of the oven, shift it to plates and serve it with your favorite side dish or salad. Bon Appetit! :)
