- dough flaky - 500 grams

The puff pastry is rolled into a cake about half a centimeter thick and cut into 6 identical rectangles. Then the kiwi is completely cleared from the peel and placed on each of the rectangles, based on the proportion: 1 kiwi - 1 cake. All this is sprinkled with sugar, and connect the edges of the dough over the kiwi, leaving a small hole. After everything is done, fold the dough on a baking sheet, oiled, and make the rest of the dough improvised leaves. The product is smeared with a beaten egg, made with "leaves" and sent to the oven until ready.
