Fire cutlets

In a small bowl, soak the bread in warm milk and set aside for a while. Cut Ingredients: Instructions

In a small bowl, soak the bread in warm milk and set aside for a while. Cut chicken breasts into small pieces and pass through a meat grinder along with slices of bread. Transfer the mince into the bowl a little more. Add salt and pepper. Add the crushed clove of garlic. Heat the frying pan to 350F. Chicken mince will turn out very sticky. Sometimes it is difficult to form cutlets. A small bowl with water will help you. Wet your hands in it and make cutlets. Place the strip of cheese in the middle of the cutlet and close it inside. Roll each cutlet in bread crumbs. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Fry the cutlets for 6 minutes, 3 minutes on each side. Then, place cutlets in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes until completely cooked. Garnish can be a good salad, pickles and mashed potatoes. Bon Appetit!
