- ground beef or turkey - 900 Grams
- leaves of basil - 1 Glass (finely chopped)
- red chili pepper - 1 piece (finely chopped)
- olive oil - 3 1/2 Art. spoons
- salt - - To taste
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 Art. spoons
- Green zucchini - 1 piece (sliced)
- tomato - 2 pieces (sliced)
- lemon juice - 1 st. a spoon
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
Preheat the grill. In a large bowl, mix the meat, basil leaves, red chili and 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season with salt. Cover and cool for 10 minutes. In a large bowl, mix the zucchini and tomatoes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and vinegar. Divide the meat mixture into 8 pieces and make the cutlets. Fry the cutlets on the grill, turning once, about 2 minutes on each side. Grill zucchini and tomatoes, often turning over until the zucchini and tomatoes are soft and brown on both sides. Put the cutlet on a toast or a burger for a hamburger, cover the second half with a bun and serve.
