Folk medicine: treatment with bees

Long ago, before the advent of medicine, people observed nature and insects, these observations helped them find ways to treat diseases. They noticed that if a person bites a bee, some illnesses pass through it. Moreover, by-products obtained by bees, such as honey and propolis, are also an indispensable source of usefulness.

Traditional medicine: apitherapy.
All of us, one way or another, heard or read about the treatment with leeches, called hirudotherapy. Perhaps some even went through this procedure. But few people know about treatment with bees - apitherapy. In general, there is nothing surprising, because in Soviet times apitherapy was access to the top, the so-called elite. And by the way, there this method was a success, thanks to good results.
However, some doctors still with a certain degree of mistrust apply to treatment with bees. The same applies to people. The reason, perhaps, lies in the stereotype, as if bee venom causes an allergy, up to anaphylactic shock. And yet these fears are unjustified, because allergic reaction to bee venom occurs in three people out of a hundred. But in the case of a bite of a wasp, an allergy occurs many times more often.
The allergy to honey is not at all a sign that in the same way the body will react to bee venom as well. The reason for the allergic reaction to honey is actually in the herbs from which nectar is collected, which is later used by bees. In other words, traditional medicine: bee treatment is based on allergies.
Indications for use.
Cardiovascular diseases (acute infarction, hypertension, etc.). Getting into the human body, bee venom opens the reserve capillaries, coronary circulation and the work of the myocardium improves. During treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, varicose veins, obliterating endarteritis, the health effect also affects the cardiovascular system in general. Thus, the frequency of angina attacks decreases, it becomes easier for patients to bear the burden, edema and shortness of breath decrease, too.
In some cases, "bee-keeping" can replace such operations on the cardiovascular system, as removal of the vein, shunting of the femoral artery or coronary bypass.
Other diseases in which bee venom is used are immune disorders (multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis), atherosclerosis, chronic kidney pathologies.
In order to better tolerate the effect of bee venom, it is recommended to use honey.
Traditional medicine: treatment with honey.
How to choose a quality, real honey? It is best, of course, to buy it through familiar beekeepers. Also, in many cities, honey markets are held periodically, where honey can usually be tasted. You must try it, ask the seller for it. The same goes for specialized stores.
This honey has a distinctive feature - aroma, which in the case of bad honey is almost nonexistent. Another way to determine if honey is good is to add it to tea. If the dregs appeared - it means that you have acquired a good product. After all, this dregs is a sign of enzymes contained in honey. They are beneficial for the immune system.
