That's why the legs need special, careful care from early youth. That includes the care of the feet: folk recipes, baths, gymnastics, exercises, hygienic procedures, pedicure.

Care of the feet begins with morning exercises. The purpose of gymnastics is to wake up the body, to give the legs tone and working rhythm. The result of the daily morning gymnastics for the feet is beautiful and healthy legs for many years. Here is the simplest gymnastics for the feet, which even children can perform.

Cleansing-tonic bath.

In 3 liters of water, dissolve 1 tbsp. l. drinking soda and 2st. l. salt (sea or cookery). Put your feet in the tub, pour hot water if necessary. The duration of the procedure is half an hour.

Therapeutic bath with calendula.

Brew 1 liter of boiling water 1 st. l. flowers of calendula. Such a bath has a wound-healing, soothing effect. It is recommended for calluses and damage to the skin of the feet. The duration of the bath is 20 minutes.

Toning bath.

Take the 2st. l. dry nettle and St. John's wort, pour the herbs with boiling water. The duration of the bath is half an hour.

Soothing and firming bath.

Take the 2st. l. the following mixture: chamomile flowers, flaxseed, needles. Pour dry mixture with boiling water, add 1st. l. salt. Put your feet in the tub for half an hour, pouring hot water, if necessary.

Warming-relaxing bath.

Take 1st. l. powder mustard, dilute in a glass of warm water and pour boiling water. The duration of the mustard bath is half an hour. After the bath should wear warm socks, preferably from wool.
