The base of our cake will be made from chopped dough, and we'll make the cottage cheese with curdled eggs. And, of course, the crown of the pie is a "mix" of berries. Variations with fillings are allowed from fruit and berry - to serious onion, meat and cheese. Here is such a universal recipe today on our table. Ingredients:- Flour, wheat 300 g

- Step 1 To make an open pie, we need for the test: flour, butter, sugar, salt, egg, baking powder, lemon peel, cold water; for the filling: cottage cheese, cream, sugar, vanillin, eggs, pears, strawberries and blueberries.

- Step 3 Mix the oil with flour, baking powder, salt, sugar to a crumbly condition.
