Ingredients:

• Flour, wheat 300 g
• Eggs chicken 1 pc.
• Butter 150 g
• Sugar 30 g
• Water 20 ml
• Baking Powder 5g
• Lemon 1 pc.

• Blueberries 100 g
• Strawberry 100 g
• Pear 2 pcs.
• Cream 100 ml
• Sugar 50g
• Vanillin 4 g

Instructions

• Step 1 To make an open pie, we need for the test: flour, butter, sugar, salt, egg, baking powder, lemon peel, cold water; for the filling: cottage cheese, cream, sugar, vanillin, eggs, pears, strawberries and blueberries.
• Step 2 Cut the cold butter into small pieces.
• Step 3 Mix the oil with flour, baking powder, salt, sugar to a crumbly condition.
• Step 4 Add in the dough the lemon peel, egg and a little cold water.
• Step 5 Knead the elastic dough. Turn it into a film and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
• Step 6 Roll the dough into a circle and put it in a pre-greased form, covering the bottom of the dough and the walls.
• Step 7 Poke the dough with a fork in several places. Put over the pastry paper for baking, fill with beans (this is a load for the cake). Bake the cake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C. Load beans to pour out.
