Size - slightly larger than the finished french fries, you probably know how it looks. Sliced potatoes, let's dry it. If there are droplets of water on the potato - when put in oil, you will see fireworks. Therefore, drain the potat well. When the oil boils, we put our cut potatoes into it. Minutes 3-4 fry - and get out of the pan using noise. Crispy, but soft inside the French fries is ready - and no deep fryer is needed. It remains only to wait until the oil drains from the potatoes, and it can be served with ketchup or other favorite sauce.
