Post buns well served with tea or mors. Preparation: In a large bowl, mix the flour, a little water, sugar, yeast, salt and lean oil. Knead the dough, cover with a towel and let it come in a warm place. When the dough is suitable, stir it. Repeat the procedure two times. After you stir the dough for the second time, add lemon zest and lemon juice to the dough. Let the dough rise. Form small dough rolls from the dough and lay them on a baking tray, smeared with lean oil. Give the buns a little to stand. Lubricate the surface of the rolls with sweet tea. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the buns for 15 minutes until they are browned.
