Rice is ready when he absorbs all the milk. Remove from heat and add custard. Your rice is ready, you can split it into small shapes and leave to cool. 1st option, rice pudding with apricots: put apricot puree or jam into a mold, about 1/3 of the depth, and then fill with rice pudding. 2nd option, chocolate rice pudding: Add the chocolate chips to the rice pudding while it's still hot in the pan. Stir well until all the chocolate has melted. Then put in the mold.
