Lightly salted cucumber is a traditional Russian dish. In contrast to salted cucumbers, they are cooked for several hours and exude a unique flavor. There are several ways of salting: in cold water (the salt last longer), in hot water and dry salting (without brine) the fastest options. Ready cucumbers should be elastic, crunchy and juicy.
Ingredients:- Cucumber 1000 g
- Water 1 l
- Salt 1.5 tbsp. l.
