- salted cucumber - 3-4 pieces
- tomato - 3-4 pieces
- bulb - 1 piece
- sunflower oil - 2 items. spoons
- parsley greens - To taste
- black ground pepper - To taste
Salted cucumbers are a traditional dish of Slavic cuisine. Appetizer of salted cucumbers in a peasant way is prepared literally in a few minutes. Preparation: Cut the skin from the salted cucumber, cut into slices. Put the cucumbers on the dish. Cut the onion into thin rings. Chop the greens of parsley and tomatoes. Stir cucumber, onion rings, parsley, black pepper and sunflower oil. Put the cucumbers upside down, decorate with onion rings and parsley. Put tomato slices on top and serve to the table.
