- Apples - 2 pieces
- Yoghurt - 2 Art. spoons
- Eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 0,5 Cups
- Sol - 1 Pinch
- Champagne - 0,75 Cups
- Flour psh. - 2 cups
- Oil - 1 To taste (For frying)
Peel apples from the skins, grate on a large grater. Add yoghurt, salt, sugar and soda. Add the flour, mix, then pour the champagne in portions until a homogeneous dough of the density of sour cream is formed. Give a little to stand the test. Fry the pancakes with vegetable oil.
