• Sugar - 2.2 Kilogram

Instructions

We take a half kilogram of viburnum, we clean it of pedicels, garbage and we put in a colander, five minutes we hold it above the steam. Hot berries we grate through a sieve in a pan or in enameled utensils. Pumpkin cut into cubes, put in another pan, add a little water and cook for 5 minutes, so that the pumpkin is soft and just like a viburnum grinded through a sieve. These liquids are obtained here. Next mixes mashed pumpkin and viburnum. Pour out the sugar and bring to a boil. Then cook on low heat for about 40 minutes. If you get a liquid, then cook for longer. Jam hot roll into sterilized jars.
