Of course, the most expensive ingredient is cheese in the filling to pears. But, unfortunately, you can only replace it with ice cream, but then it will be a slightly different recipe. Ingredients:- Pear 10 pcs.
- Mascarpone cheese 150 g
- Lemon 1 pc.
- Orange 1 pc.
- Wine red dry 500 ml
- Cream 200 ml
- Honey 100 g
- Carnation 8 pcs.
- Pepper fragrant 8 pcs.
- Anis 5 g
- Walnut 100 g
- Sugar powder 50 g
- Step 1 To prepare a dessert you need 10 hard green pears, Mascarpone cheese, lemon, orange, half a bottle of red dry wine (good quality), creamy thick (buy on the market), honey, walnuts; Spices: anise, sweet pepper, cloves (if desired, add cognac).
