Then add all our spices, cover the frying pan with a lid and simmer on medium heat for another 4-5 minutes. Then the crayfish from the frying pan is transferred to a pan and poured with wine. Bring to a boil and boil for about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and let it brew under the lid for about 10 minutes. All crayfish in the wine are ready - you can open the beer and sit back :)
