- Salmon fillet - 4 pieces
- Parsley fresh (chopped) - 2 st. spoons
- Garlic - 3 Teeth
- Dijon mustard - 1.5 teaspoons
- Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Black pepper freshly ground - 1/4 Teaspoons
- Olive oil - 2 items. spoons
- Lemon juice - 2 items. spoons
- Lemon - 4 Slices
Prepare all the necessary ingredients. In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons fresh finely chopped parsley, 2-3 cloves of extruded garlic, 1.5 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice. We mix everything well. Take 4 slices of salmon fillet (if you have one-cut). We lay out on a baking sheet, covered with foil or bakery paper (I did not cover it - and in vain, the baking sheet barely washed then). Generously water the salmon with the prepared marinade. For each piece of fish lay a slice of lemon. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 200 degrees until the fish is ready. Bon Appetit! :)
