This cake, beloved by many housewives because of the simplicity of cooking, is also good in that any admixture can be mixed in the dough, and each time we get pastry with a new taste. Once I added the remnants of halva to the dough, the result was amazing: the halva inside the dough melted, turning into inclusions of a creamy mass with honey taste. Since then, this is one of my favorite mannics in my family. If you consider that he is also chocolate, then for sweet tooth is just a find. I do not soak for a long time in fermented milk products, as prescribed by many recipes, it is enough for the time that the remaining ingredients are mixed.
Ingredients:- Groats manna 1 tbsp.
- Wheat flour 1 tbsp.
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
- Margarine 100 g

- Halva 100 g
- Baking powder 1 tsp.

- Step 1 For the mannik, we take the following ingredients: curdled milk (skimshchesya milk), semolina, flour, sugar, eggs, margarine, halva and cocoa.
- Step 2 In the curdled milk, pour in the mango, stir and leave for a while, while everything else is prepared.
- Step 3 Eggs beat with sugar.
- Step 4 Add the softened margarine (or butter) in small pieces. Whisk to a granular suspension.
- Step 5 We connect both masses, add the baking powder, sift the flour together with the cocoa, knead a thin dough.
- Step 6 We break the broken halva into the dough and mix it gently so that it is distributed according to the test.
- Step 7 Pour the dough into the mold. Silicone forms do not need to be lubricated before cooking pies, metal, of course, you need to oil it. Bake for about 40 minutes at 180 ° C. We check the readiness of the luster, it should be dry after dipping into the cake.
- Step 8 The hot mannik has a slightly moist structure, as it cools, the moisture is lost, but the softness and porosity remain.
