Knead the dough into a round ball (per 1 8-inch pizza). Roll the dough into a round cake. Lubricate the base with oil using a brush. Put the cake on the grill and bake for 4-5 minutes with low heat. Then, oil the side on which we will spread the filling. Sprinkle with herbs. Put the filling pre-cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover the pizza in foil, bake until melted cheese for about 5-7 minutes.
