Harmful food additives and dyes for humans

Harmful additives are in the most harmless products like cottage cheese and bread. Harmful food additives and dyes for humans are simply terrible.

For the benefit of the consumer

To understand what food additives are, scientists have been trying since their inception. However, the promulgation of research is often hampered by those same manufacturers who actively use food additives to produce their products. When producers are accused of shoving sausages and even bread into their yoghurts, the strongest argument "for" is the long shelf life they provide. Preservatives, stabilizers and other substances that provide sausage, meat, milk, and even bread invariably look, color and shape for a long time are necessary so that you can bring the product from the factory to the warehouse, and then to the supermarket. And already on the store shelf a loaf of sausage or cake should please the eye for at least three to five days. This is certainly convenient. But the product, loaded with additional inclusions, has an adverse effect on the body.

Not all yogurts are equally useful

The product hobby is so strong that it is customary to talk only about the harmfulness of prohibited food additives. In each country this list varies. However, there are also permitted supplements, which often differ from those forbidden by the fact that their effect on our body has not yet been fully studied. Nevertheless, the president of the National Association of Genetic Safety Alexander Baranov is convinced that even yogurts and sour-milk drinks, which are usually referred to as healthy food, are not really useful. Useful sour-milk bacteria just die after adding all the aggressive chemistry, which provides yoghurts long-term preservation, taste, color and consistency stability. About six months ago, European scientists conducted a large-scale study of the composition of yogurts of several large producers. The reason for the laboratory test was advertising claims about the benefits of yogurts, which allegedly improve digestion, are able to help in the prevention of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, normalize weight, improve appearance. Scientists scrupulously collected all advertising zamanuhi and checked them for truthfulness. It turned out that almost all bold promises are false, and those that are not false can not be proved. The effect of many nutritional supplements on the human body has not yet been studied, but it is known that their effect can be manifested after many years, as accumulation in the body.

Not caught - harmless?

If foods containing food additives are not subjected to authoritative research, this, of course, does not mean that they are absolutely harmless. The National Association of Genetic Safety shared information about what dangerous additives are allowed in Russia. The most dangerous are preservatives and oxidizers, which are found in meat semi-finished products, soda, confectionery products, fermented milk products. We must try to buy products with a minimum shelf life, and sausage and sausages prefer a piece of raw meat or fish, which, however, can also contain preservatives. Sodium nitrite E250, sodium nitrate Е251 and potassium nitrate Е252 are added to sausages, sausages, bacon for preservation. Nitrites are also contained, for example, in vegetables - both greenhouse and soil. In the human body, nitrites are converted to nitrates, which cause an exacerbation of gastrointestinal diseases. Nitrate poisoning is a typical spring disease, when, trying to avoid avitaminosis, we buy the first fresh cabbage, colorless tomatoes and cucumbers. Experts do not recommend leaning on the greens at least until mid-May. Accumulating, nitrates can provoke malignant tumors. E230. E231, E232, contain phenolic compounds, which even in small doses are capable of provoking cancer, and in large quantities even lead to severe poisoning. But since the preservative is applied only to the surface of vegetables and fruits, thoroughly wash them with warm water immediately after purchase. In this case, you will be able to wash off all the preservative. Saccharin E954, cyclamates E952, acetylsulfan potassium E950, aspartame E951, which, by the way, was originally developed as a chemical weapon, xylitol E968 adversely affect the liver. Xylitol, in particular, can cause dysbiosis. Aspartame refers to carcinogens, it can cause migraines, rashes and even impairment of brain activity. Most often, sweeteners are found in sweet soda and alcoholic cocktails, chewing gums, ready-to-season condiments, canned food, semi-finished products. The conclusion that glutamate sodium E621 is carcinogenic, European scientists did a few years ago. However, herbal mixtures and seasonings with glutamate, as well as semi-finished products, bouillon cubes and Korean snacks still contain these enhancers of taste and smell. The National Association for Genetic Safety recommends using as simple as possible products with a minimum shelf life.
