- apple - 3 pieces
- butter - 2 items. spoons
- fresh thyme leaves - 1 teaspoon
- grated lemon peel - 1 teaspoon
- salt and ground pepper - 1 part
Cut each apple into 8 pieces, and then each piece in half. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add apples and 1 teaspoon of fresh thyme leaves and grated lemon zest, season with salt and ground pepper. Cook, stirring, for 3 to 5 minutes.
