Healthy lifestyle

Healthy lifestyle of the future mother is a pledge of successful pregnancy and childbirth, the health of your future baby. Therefore, women planning pregnancy, you need to know: what is this healthy lifestyle? And do you need to start it only when you become pregnant?

Of no small importance is the way in which the future mother led her life. If a woman led a free way of life, night walks and gatherings, bad habits like smoking or drinking even weak alcoholic drinks, she will have to change her way of life. Since with the onset of pregnancy, the woman is responsible for two lives - her and the baby, and as you know, the kid draws his health from the resources of his mother's body.

Women who did not allow themselves such liberties and conducted an exceptionally healthy lifestyle, preaching a full-fledged sleep, three or four meals a day, in this case, with the onset of pregnancy, they will not have to make any special changes in their daily routine.

If your long-awaited pregnancy is normal without any deviations from the norm and complications, then the woman can continue to do the work that she was doing before pregnancy. If the future mother was engaged in mental work, then in general there are no contraindications and she can do this work throughout the pregnancy. Moderate physical work will also be useful for the health of the baby and the future mother, since it has a beneficial effect on the action of the circulatory, nervous and respiratory system.

Not unimportant physical work (again) in moderate doses to maintain a tone in the body, as well as for a good metabolism - and this is one of the main components of a healthy lifestyle for a future mother. After all, cheerfulness and energy will necessarily be passed on to the baby!

But the recumbent and sedentary lifestyle is highly discouraged, otherwise the muscle tone decreases and this will affect both during labor and during pregnancy, and more specifically it can result in such problems as swelling of the legs and hands, constipation and deposits excess fat. Any physical labor associated with lifting weights is categorically excluded. No sudden movements, shaking, or sudden temperature changes should also not occur. If you are a professional sportswoman, during pregnancy you will have to give up sports and perform only elementary physical exercises and only on the instructions of a doctor.

A healthy lifestyle is, first of all, the absence of stress and anxiety. Especially if you are already pregnant - in fact sometimes stresses and exorbitant loads on the body can lead to such terrible consequences as miscarriage (first-second trimesters) or premature birth (before the 32nd week), which sometimes are very dangerous for a weak child.

If you have any chronic illnesses that you somehow started and have not treated for a long time - the period of pregnancy planning will be the best time for you to finally remember about yourself and walk through all the doctors. Be sure to take tests that the doctor will recommend to you, and start treatment for neglected diseases. Remember that the child takes everything he needs from the mother's body. And what can a baby get from a sick organism?

Very good, when the future mother adheres to a certain regime during pregnancy. This regime will help her to choose a doctor of a woman's consultation, and also, a woman can get a lot of useful information from specialized literature, which is also very important. The human body is like a high-tech machine, and such a technique obeys a clearly defined rhythm and very rarely breaks down with proper "exploitation."

So the organism of a pregnant woman is similar to such a technique, and in order that he does not lose his rhythm, he must be watched and constantly prepared for new cycles of life. Then the body will perform this activity with less wear and tear and cost of vital energy.

A very important factor here is a healthy lifestyle of the mother, quality and moderate nutrition, timely rest and walks in the fresh air and regular airing of the premise where the pregnant woman is (this is necessary so that the future mother does not have problems with lack of oxygen).

Sleep of a pregnant woman should be at least seven to eight hours a day and certainly not hurt if a woman allocates an hour or two in the afternoon to sleep. During sleep, rest the whole body, all internal organs, but very important and rest and relaxation for the nervous system. Before going to bed, you can take a walk and get some fresh air.

Also, special attention should be paid to the bed on which the pregnant woman sleeps - it should be not hard, but not too soft. Sleep is recommended on the back or on the right side, but from sleeping on the stomach will have to be abandoned in the first months of pregnancy.

Careful attention should be given to what the pregnant woman eats. The food should be balanced and at strictly specified hours, in this the doctor-dietician from the local women's consultation will help you. Strictly forbidden during pregnancy: smoking, alcohol, strong tea or coffee, warm your feet in hot water or take a relaxing bath. After all, this all has a very negative impact on the development of the fetus, and the worst thing is that all this can manifest and long after your baby is born. Is it worth a cigarette or a glass of wine of such victims?

Usually, gynecologists recommend that the future mother consume complex vitamins. Especially it concerns those who bore their child in winter and early spring, when the period of cruel avitaminosis comes - then a healthy lifestyle in its complex manifestation becomes simply impossible: the future mother may experience weakness and depression, which, of course, will have an extremely detrimental effect on the overall development of the child.

As you can see, there are many components of a healthy lifestyle for a future mother - and all of them should be taken into account when planning pregnancy and bearing a child. And then your children will be healthy and strong, and you will come much sooner in shape after giving birth. And you will have enough strength for the baby!
