Recovering yourself after a hard day will be much easier if you master the technique of conscious breathing. It will help to remove fatigue and internal tension, improve the oxygen supply of your body, hence, the baby. Breathing should not be superficial - the upper part, but deep, with an emphasis on the diaphragm. The inhalation is 2 shorter than the exhalation (3-5 or 5-7). It is advisable to spend the session before going to bed in bed. Lie on your back, stretch your legs. Put your hand on your tummy and breathe slowly. Watch your hand move.
