Ingredients:- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Mustard French (with grains) 0.5 tbsp. l.
- Sugar 1 tsp.
- Salt 0.25 tsp.
- Sunflower refined oil 200 ml
- Apple vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 For the preparation of mayonnaise with French mustard, we need apple cider vinegar, egg yolks (eggs must be fresh and preferably homemade), French mustard, salt, sugar, sunflower refined oil. All ingredients should be at room temperature.
- Step 2 We connect the yolks, half a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, mustard, sugar and salt in a deep bowl.
- Step 3 We beat with a mixer and start adding a sunflower refined oil drop by drop, without stopping whipping. Beat at high speed in a circle.
- Step 4 When half of the oil is put into the sauce, pour the remaining half a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
- Step 5 Whisk again and pour in the slowly remaining oil. Whisk until the oil is over and mayonnaise is thick.
- Step 6 We store the prepared mayonnaise until use in the refrigerator in a closed jar.
