We prepare meatballs in a microwave oven. These meatballs are prepared in a creamy mustard sauce with two kinds of mustard - French with grain and "Russian"! Meatballs in the microwave are not prepared quickly, but the result is excellent. Rice in minced meat I added raw - in the process of preparation the sauce is absorbed into meat, rice is prepared literally in meat juice and sauce, soaked with all flavors and flavors, due to this, the meatballs are excellent! Such meatballs can be cooked without problems in the oven! Serve onion balls caramelized in balsamic vinegar
Ingredients:- Round-grain rice 60 g
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Salt 1 tsp.

- Pepper sweet 1 pc.
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Pork forcemeat 500 g
- Parsley fresh 0.5 bunch

- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 4 tbsp. l.
- Mustard 2 tsp.
- Mustard French (with grains) 2 tsp.
- Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.
- Water 125 ml
- Step 1 For the preparation of meatballs with sweet pepper in sour-mustard sauce we need the following products: minced pork, chicken egg, sweet pepper, onion, garlic, rice, sour cream, French mustard and mustard, sunflower refined oil, salt, black ground pepper , parsley.
- Step 2 Mix the minced pork, raw rice, chopped sweet pepper, garlic and onions.
- Step 3 Drive the egg, salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 4 Mix well the minced meat.
- Step 5 We prepare sour-mustard sauce. In the frying pan pour the sunflower refined oil, add fat sour cream, French and ordinary mustard, salt, black pepper.
- Step 6 Grind the parsley and add it to the sauce. We put on fire, warm up about 3 minutes on medium heat. We pour in water, let the sauce boil and remove from the fire.
- Step 7 We make small meatballs of the same shape and size from minced meat. From this amount of stuffing I got 9 cutlets.
- Step 8 In the dishes for the microwave oven we pour out the sauce, lay out the meatballs in it, it is possible tightly. We put in the microwave for a power of 800 watts. We prepare the first 20 minutes, shaking it 2 times lightly, so that the sauce is evenly distributed.
- Step 9 Then take out, quickly turn the meatballs and immediately put back for 10 minutes, then turn it over again and cook for 10 minutes. Leave the meatballs in the microwave oven for another 5 minutes. The sauce almost all absorbed into the meatballs! We serve the dish hot, to the garnish.
