Ingredients:- Chicken fillet 500g
- Onions 1 pc.
- Fresh dill 50 g
- Mustard French (with grains) 100 g
- Cheese hard 50g
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Breadcrumbs 100 g
- Salt 2 pinch
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Step 1 For cooking, take: chicken fillet, hard cheese, onion, mustard with grains, greens (you can for your taste).
- Step 2 Chicken fillet finely chopped (you can twist it in a meat grinder or use a prepared mince).
- Step 3 Finely chop onion.
- Step 4 Cut the greens.
- Step 5 Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
- Step 6 Mix the chicken fillets, greens, onions, grated cheese, add mustard, salt. Stir well.
- Step 7 Whisk the chicken eggs with a fork, season. Prepare breadcrumbs.
- Step 8 Form a cutlet from the prepared minced meat, the size of a matchbox. Roll in breadcrumbs, then dip into an egg and again in biscuits.
- Step 9 Put on a heated frying pan, greased with vegetable oil. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
