First we will prepare all the necessary ingredients. We do marinade. In a bowl pour orange juice, add mustard and zest of 1 orange. Leave the meat in the marinade for 30 minutes. By the way, do not forget to salt meat during marinovki! After the marinade, take out the meat and pat dry with a paper towel. Desirable on dry. In the saucepan, heat up the olive oil (best 1 tablespoon) and put steaks in it. After frying the meat from two sides to a crusty crust (on high heat) for about 7 minutes, we reduce the heat and pour in the marinade.
