How to eat properly with liver disease?

With modern ecology, to keep one's health is sometimes an almost impossible task, so many people take vitamins or whole vitamin complexes in order to maintain immunity at the proper level. But not only the ecology of the Earth, but also other harmful factors affect the deterioration of the body.

A person who wants to live a "full" life tries to try and learn as many things as possible. This applies to different dishes of the world's cuisine, and smoking, and taking drugs, drinking alcohol and even extreme sports. This list can be continued indefinitely. Expanding horizons is a laudable occupation, but the abuse of the same acute food can lead to serious stomach problems.

One of these problems will be discussed. Liver disease. It would seem that the liver is by no means the most important organ in the human body, why is it needed in general? In fact, the liver is as important and fragile an organ as the heart or stomach. Disease of the liver is tolerated by a person quite hard, since serious disruptions in metabolism and digestive processes occur which, with each passing day, the disease slows down. Do not delay with a trip to the doctor who can do ultrasound, to conduct all the necessary tests and prescribe the right treatment and diet. Yes, the word "diet" frightens many people who like to eat with pleasure, but here the question rises: either a healthy liver, or the gradual death of the organism and the subsequent inability to eat adored food.

Let's talk about how to eat properly with liver disease and pick a diet, so as not to frown every time during a meal, but also to fulfill the appointment of a doctor? The answer is. Doctors are not animals, they are people who bear great responsibility for human lives, so they try to protect themselves and the patient from possible complications. If the liver is in the most deplorable state, the specialist will still put you on a rigid diet with a minimum or even zero content of harmful fats or carbohydrates. But with a less neglected case, it is possible to get "decent" food.

First of all, with liver disease from your habitual diet, fat and protein should be removed as much as possible because these two components are very harmful to the patient and sensitive to the liver. The diet should be made taking into account all the features of the patient's body, but most often standard proteins and fats are replaced in it by low-calorie substitutes. But in this diet is added a large number of carbohydrates (there is, even the name of this system - carbohydrate diet).

This treatment system should primarily contain foods such as butter and vegetable oils (can be corn, soy and olive oil). The second stage, which must be observed, is the power itself, i.e. food intake time. It is worthwhile to think about dividing your day into 5 parts (equal parts) and there is exactly in each of these parts. Doctors have long confirmed the fact that regular meals on schedule helps to improve the activity of the liver and stomach. Of course, I want to know, but what can I eat for lunch? No one offers you to completely abandon your favorite soup, but it should be prepared in a somewhat unusual way for you. First, all vegetables should be well washed and evaporated, after which the soup itself should be cooked on these evaporated vegetables. Naturally, the taste will be slightly different, but the essence of the soup will mostly remain. Unfortunately, it is impossible to prepare a soup in the usual way on a meat broth, the meat should be removed from your medical diet. To create a more pleasant sensation in the tongue, you can pour a little cream into the soup. To roast vegetables for soup (even onions) is forbidden, so it is worth considering the possible "substitutes" for your favorite foods. According to this diet, you can eat the following soups: soups, consisting of different cereals, borsch, in which you need to add citric acid, cabbage soup, soups from milk, and soup from fresh tomatoes. On the second dish you can use both fish and meat, but with the condition that both products should be boiled and be natural in quality. "Artificial meat" - soy bean is not recommended. Since the boiled meat and fish have an unpleasant taste without salt and spices, they can be cut with fresh fresh greens and tomato juice, and boiled fish for taste with a small amount of lemon juice.

A little later, after examining the doctor, you can change the diet, if there are noticeable improvements in the liver. In this case, your meager and unappetizing menu will have the opportunity to add baked meat or fish. These dishes are perfectly combined with fresh herbs and fruit purees.

Many doctors recommend adding as many "cleansing" vegetables as possible to your dietary diet: zucchini, cauliflower, tomatoes and beetroot. It is necessary to remember the regular consumption of fruit. You can safely eat berries, watermelons, melons and juicy, but most importantly ripe fruit.

Talking about how to properly eat with liver disease, we must not forget that the body needs liquid for normal work. Therefore, during the day you need to drink at least 7 glasses of water. Also, you can freely eat cheese (the main thing is that it is not sharp), and it is also useful to eat cottage cheese. In food, it is strictly forbidden to eat foods that contain high cholesterol, since the liver can be even more affected by this. You should know that there is a certain daily norm of the elements that must be consumed in case of liver disease: 80 g protein, 40-60 g fat, 200 g carbohydrate, and at least 2 liters of water per day. Remember that the caloric content of foods should not be too high, and the temperature of food should be medium: not with boiling water, and not with cold. For breakfast, you can eat a variety of cereals, and for taste you can add a little honey or jam. It is not necessary to abuse sugar, it can lead to an exacerbation of liver disease, thereby leading you to a more severe diet and unfavorable sensations. Take care of your liver at once, so that later you do not have to suffer from glitches in your life and habits!
