How to start weight loss

Here already which time, packing up, you think - "all, so it is impossible more, from tomorrow I will start to grow thin - I sit down on a diet and I go in for sports"! But in the day-to-day vanity, without strong motivation, everything returns to normal. They intercepted a sandwich, then the girlfriend treated him to a chocolate bar, and her husband brought home a whole package of "yummies". And you again fit into your bed, feeling the heaviness in the stomach from the food you eat during the day, tormented by remorse and awareness of your own weakness and lack of will. How can we break this vicious circle, pull ourselves together, find motivation and really lose weight and get fit? Where to start, so that a good endeavor subsequently succeeds in the successful achievement of the goal? Not just you, but millions of women around the world are asking the same question, since overweight, real or imaginary, does not fit into the ideals of beauty in the minds of the majority.

So, where do you start? If you have already tried short-term strict diets, you certainly learned from your experience that it is very difficult to keep them from beginning to end and at the end of the diet, everything that is so hard-dropped is returned. This is easily explained by the physiology of our body - the stress associated with a sharp change in diet, causes a change in our metabolism, it slows down, and when we return to the usual diet for us, our body starts to store calories for the future.

To avoid this, nutritionists advise to change food habits gradually, do not deprive themselves of useful products such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, dried fruits, cheese, grain bread, eggs, honey, meat, cottage cheese. Drink plenty of liquids, primarily water, at least 1.5 liters per day. It's best if you start your day with a glass of clean water 20 minutes before breakfast. During the day, carry a bottle of drinking water and drink in small sips.

The most important moment in losing weight is the appropriate attitude, motivation. With the right motivation, you will not feel the suffering of being deprived of a portion of chocolate or ice cream, you just will not want to eat it yourself. You can motivate yourself with a food diary in which you write down everything you eaten during the day; floor scales for measuring results; corresponding pictures on the refrigerator; participation in Internet communities are as thin as you. Your personal motivation can be anything, perhaps it will be a new bought jeans or a dress for a size smaller.

Remember, the movement is life, and even if you have significantly reduced the amount and calorie content of food, but continue to spend all your free time sitting on the couch by the TV or computer, the result will not be what you expect. Accustom yourself to regular physical activity, even simple walking at a quick 30 minutes a day will do its job.

A 24-year-old girl writes: I always ate as much as I wanted, I was not very skinny, but was slender and fit, my weight was kept at the same mark, while I was at the institute and worked, came home by evening. And then I graduated from the institute, found a job at the computer at home, did not go anywhere, beyond the store and the weight very quickly crawled up, for six months I gained 8 kg! I went on a diet, ate a couple of fruits a day, a small piece of meat, a salad, but the weight did not go down. Until I changed my sedentary lifestyle, no diet helped me!

The best way to discipline yourself and get you to exercise regularly is to register for fitness (dancing, shaping, bodyflex, yoga, which you prefer) and pay for classes a month in advance. You will be sorry for the money spent and you will regularly attend classes. You can study at home as effectively as in a sports club, especially on the Internet there are a lot of videos with sets of exercises, lessons for different types of dances, yoga, etc. But if you know that your willpower is enough for a maximum of 3 days of home training, then it's better to find time and money, and sign up for a fitness center.

If you survive in the regime of proper nutrition and regular physical exertion for at least a month, it will enter your habitual way of life, you will easily observe the rules of harmony, and your new built-up body will give you the energy and strength to move on. After all, there is nothing sweeter than feeling beautiful and slender!
