But the proper care of young skin can eliminate a lot of problems with appearance, and therefore, complexes. The main rule of proper care for young skin is regularity, consistency, regularity of hygiene cosmetology.

Our skin consists of three layers: the epidermis (in which the cell regeneration process takes place), the dermis (the elastic membrane in which the secret glands of the facial skin are located), the subcutaneous fatty tissue (which consists of fat cells). Our skin is a protective layer, it participates in the process of thermoregulation, breathing, metabolism. Skin condition can not always be the same. Oily skin is prone to the appearance of fatty shine, enlarged pores, black dots. Oily skin can often develop pimples, inflammations, especially if it is improperly cleaned.

Quite rare in a woman there is an ideal skin. Only proper care can make the skin beautiful and healthy.

For skin of any type, one should start taking care of from an early youth, since it is subject to various influences: atmospheric, temperature. The skin condition is affected by facial expressions, bad habits and much more. If it is not enough to take care of the skin, it will undergo changes, first imperceptible, and then irreversible. The skin can become rough, flabby, dry, its premature aging can begin.

Hygienic procedures for any type of skin are distinguished by the following:

- cleansing (with water and a means for washing, suitable for your skin type);

- toning (tonic);

- food (cream).

By washing, we use this or that water. The most suitable water for washing is 34 degrees (not cold and not warm). This temperature of the water favorably affects the tone of the skin of the face. Cold water worsens the nutrition of the skin, can cause narrowing of the vessels. The skin can become pale and become covered with premature wrinkles. Cold water should be used when rinsing the face several times a week, but not constantly. Hot water cleans the skin well, but daily washing with hot water dilates the blood vessels on the face. The face becomes a red shade, the pores expand. To strengthen the vessels on the face using contrasting washing - hot and cold water, finishing with washing with cold water.

Tonic and cream are applied to the skin after cleansing through massage lines. Massage lines are the lines of the least stretching of the skin. On the chin, they go from the middle of the chin to the lower jaw to the ears, on the cheeks - from the corners of the mouth to the ears, from the middle of the upper lip - to the ears, from the wings of the nose - to the ears.
