The second stage: taking a shower, feel the water with your skin, representing it as a substance similar to sunlight. Such a fresh, bright, life-giving, try to "see" how energy flows from water to you. In the process of such "water", "fire" and other meditations, you should try to understand nature, connect with it, take it in yourself.
