- chicken legs - 6+ pieces
- yoghurt without additives - 1 Piece
- milk - 1 piece
- spices garam masala - 1 piece
- kosher salt - 1 piece (to taste)
- black pepper - 1 piece (to taste)
In a bowl, pour 4 cups of 2% milk. Add the yogurt. Mix. add a couple spoonfuls of spices to garam masala. Salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. Drown the chicken legs in the marinade. Put it in the refrigerator for the night. Grill until ready.
