In terms of reliability and performance, it is less likely that a woman will be negligent and even less likely to violate a law or morality. Also, women are usually more accurate and punctual investigators, they are able to capture the smallest details and attach importance to them. Women carefully examine the crime scene, which often helps them in their work. Also, women are not afraid of documentation related to the conduct of social and economic affairs, so they more successfully disclose crimes of this kind. And most importantly, women are multifunctional. They can simultaneously combine several tasks without much difficulty. And in general, women are more able-bodied, which makes them the most productive employees.
