Unusual combination, of course, but it's worth a try. Honey also affected the beautiful color of pig pieces, the meat acquired a brownish-honey hue, as well as a delicate texture. To this meat is the perfect side dish-flavored rice.
Ingredients:- Pork pulp 380g
- Honey 1 tbsp. l.
- Table vinegar 1.5 tbsp. l.
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3.5 tbsp. l.

- Step 1 For the preparation of honey pork, we need pork pulp, honey, vinegar, sunflower refined oil, salt, black ground pepper.
- Step 2 Pork is cut into medium sized pieces.
- Step 3 Add honey, salt, vinegar, sunflower refined oil, black ground pepper.
- Step 4 Mix and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Step 5 After 30 minutes, take the meat from the refrigerator, put it in a small sauté pan or pan, put on a slow fire and stew for about 50 minutes. Periodically, the meat should be mixed and make sure that there is enough sauce in which it is stewed.
- Step 6 We serve honey pork in a hot form, for vegetable or cereal garnish.
