1. Finely chop the onion. Pass the cloves of garlic through the press. In a medium saucepan bring the salted water to a boil. Heat the olive oil and melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add onions and garlic in a frying pan and fry for 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes transparent. 2. Add prawns, stir and cook for 2 minutes. Add the lemon juice. 3. Add white wine, butter, salt and pepper and hot sauce. Stir and reduce the heat to a minimum. 4. Throw the pasta in boiling water. Cook pasta until cooked. Drain off the water by laying 1-2 glasses of liquid aside. 5. Remove the frying pan from the fire. Add the pasta and mix by adding macaroni water if necessary. Add seasoning, salt and pepper if necessary. 6. Sprinkle the top with grated Parmesan cheese, parsley and basil and serve immediately.
