We take half a glass of cold water, we lower gelatin there and leave for 40 minutes to swell. Black currant berries to sort, clean from rubbish, rinse and rub through a sieve. Berry juice while leaving alone, and the remaining pulp is filled with water and brought to a boil. When it boils, decoct the broth, pulp is thrown away, put the sugar in the remaining broth and bring it back to the boil. When it boils, add gelatin and cook until gelatin is completely dissolved. When gelatin is dissolved - remove from heat and cool. When a little cool (but not completely, degrees to 40) - add here the mashed berries, mix well and pour into molds. Forms put in the refrigerator. When the jelly will freeze - you can take a sample :) Good luck!
