We wash our blueberries and wait until the berries dry out. Do not let the jam cool, that is hot, we pour on the jars. Banks leave for a day wrapped in some blanket and inverted. Within a day, jam can be opened and tasted. According to this recipe, it turns out to be a bit thin and sour, because blueberries are not the sweetest berry. If you love sweeter, add more sugar to the syrup. Jem turns out just gorgeous.
