Pork dishes, cook at home

To our great happiness, in Orthodoxy there is no ban on eating pork, as in Judaism or Islam. Pork dishes, cook houses that are not difficult, are among the simplest in cooking and the most delicious among other types of meat.

Each hostess hides in her culinary notebook some hearty pork dishes (cook their homes - a joy for the whole family!). Pork stew, grilled, baked, boiled, stuffed with vegetables and fruits. With this meat, you can safely create new recipes, connecting your imagination. A special highlight of the dish can be given with the help of an original marinade, sauce or seasoning.

Pork fat melts well, so you can fry meat almost without adding oil. As for the parts of carcass, devoid of fat layers, they belong to lean meat. For frying or baking, it is better to take meat from a brisket, scapula, loin or ham. The easiest way to cook pork is pickling a piece of meat in soy sauce and baking it in foil. A minimum of effort - and a delicious dish on the table.

The main rule when preparing dishes from this type of meat: it needs to be well fried or roasted - the pork does not tolerate a half-ready condition. So, here are some dishes from pork meat that will satisfy the tastes of even the most spoiled gourmets.

Pork neck baked in Finnish

To prepare this dish at home you will need the following products: 1.5 - 2 kg of pork neck, 2 red onions, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tbsp. berries (cranberries or cowberry), olive oil, pepper ground, salt.

Pork wash, wipe with a paper towel, cut into thin chunks (about 1.5 cm). To the end of the piece do not cut about 2 cm. Sprinkle meat with salt and ground black pepper.

Cranberry or cranberries mash, mix with honey. The resulting mixture is evenly distributed between the meat slices.

Onion peel, cut into thin rings, overlay a piece of meat. Meat tightly tie a stiff string, then grease with butter and put in a baking dish. Cover the neck with a sheet of foil and bake in a preheated oven for 200 hours for about an hour. After the specified time, remove the foil from meat, lower the fire to 180 degrees and bake for about half an hour, until the meat blushes.

Take the finished dish from the oven, cut into portions and pour over sauce.

Pork roll with cheese and herbs.

If you decide to pamper your loved ones with this roll, get the following products: 1 kg of pork tenderloin, 1 bell pepper (red), 3 bunches of greens (thyme, basil and parsley), a handful of peeled pistachios, 1 rosemary spoon, 2 cloves garlic, 150 grams grated cheese, 50 grams of canned in oil or dried tomatoes, 1 bottle of light beer, 2 tbsp. granulated mustard, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper

Cut a piece of pork tenderloin, dry with a paper towel and cut it with a layer. Cover the prepared meat with food film and carefully discourage. Then season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bulgarian peppers cut into small cubes. Grind pistachios, dried tomatoes, thyme, parsley, garlic and basil.

From above on a layer of cheese lay the crushed grasses, nuts and vegetables. Gently wrap the meat in a roll and leave in this position for about 5 minutes. Pull the meat with a string of string and put it in the baking dish.

Prepare the sauce: mix mustard in one bowl, 1 tbsp. honey, beer, bell pepper and rosemary leaves. With the resulting mixture, grease the pork roll.

Bake the prepared dish in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 1.5 - 2 hours. To ensure that the roll does not turn out to be dry, in the course of cooking, water it with sauce and juice.

Pork medallions, dressed with garlic sauce.

In order to prepare medallions at home, you will need: 700 g of pork medallions, 250 ml of milk, 1 head of garlic, 40 g of butter, olive oil, freshly ground black pepper, salt

First you need to prepare the sauce: on a small fire in a saucepan, cook garlic in the milk until it becomes soft. This process will take about 30 minutes. Instead of boiling milk, pour in a new one. A mixture of milk and garlic season with salt and pepper, whisk in a blender and leave to the side.

In a frying pan, heat up the olive oil, heat it strongly and fry the medallions in it until golden brown (on both sides). Put ruddy meat on a warmed dish. In the same frying pan heat the sauce, adding a piece of butter. Gratefully saute the medallions and serve to the table.

Pork knuckle

Pork shank is a delicious dish that will give you a lot of positive emotions and pleasure. For its preparation, take 1 - 1.5 kg of shank, 2 tablespoons. honey, 2 tbsp. mustard, 4 cloves of garlic, 4 - 5 bay leaves, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 bottle of beer, olive oil, large sea salt, ground black pepper.

Garlic in pepper, salt, bay leaf and garlic. In the resulting mass, add olive oil, honey, soy sauce and mustard.

On the rudder, make a few notches. Fill them with cooked garlic marinade. Lubricate the remnants of the marinade with the surface of the shank.

Pour the pork into a deep roasting dish, pour a bottle of beer on the bottom. Bake the stick in a preheated oven for 250 hours for 1.5 hours, then reduce the heat to 180 degrees and continue baking for another half hour.

To the table, serve the prepared dish with roasted potatoes and sauerkraut. For this excellent dish of pork, the whole family will say "Thank you"!

Pork fillet in an omelette.

This delicious dish is perfect for both a festive and a daily menu. Preparing it for your loved ones, you will receive a lot of compliments. So, to prepare this dish, prepare: 500 g of pork tenderloin of elongated form, 4 eggs, 2 tablespoons. wheat flour, 50 ml of medium-fat cream, nutmeg, olive oil, parsley, basil, marjoram, salt, pepper.

Heat olive oil in a wide frying pan. Put a piece of tenderloin into a preheated oil (wholly), fry until a ruddy crust forms, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

In one dish, mix the cream, eggs, a pinch of nutmeg, chopped greens, pepper and salt. Add the flour (sift through a sieve) to the resulting mixture, carefully move it.

Egg mass fry in the same speed, where the meat was cooked. Put the omelet into a dish, gently wrap pork in it. Cut the dish into portions, decorate with greens and vegetables. Bon Appetit!
