Whisk the butter and add sugar to it, continuing to whisk the ingredients until a uniform mass is formed. In the composition, enter the lemon zest, egg, flour and soda. Send the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes to make it "come." The dough is rolled out on a board, sprinkled with flour, to a thickness of the layer of about 0.5 cm and cut out in molds.
