Lemon cookies

Whisk the butter and add sugar to it, whilst continuing to beat the ingredients until they are ready. Ingredients:

• wheat flour - 1 glass
• Butter - 100 Grams
• egg - 1 piece
• sugar - 4 items. spoons
• lemon peel - 2 teaspoons
• soda - 2 teaspoons
• powdered sugar - 2 items. spoons

Instructions

Whisk the butter and add sugar to it, continuing to whisk the ingredients until a uniform mass is formed. In the composition, enter the lemon zest, egg, flour and soda. Send the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes to make it "come." The dough is rolled out on a board, sprinkled with flour, to a thickness of the layer of about 0.5 cm and cut out in molds. Figures that turned out, laid out on a baking sheet and pierced with a fork, after which sprinkled with powdered sugar. Bake should be cooked for 5 minutes, at a temperature of 180 C. The finished cookie is cooled and fed to the table.
