Finely chopped raisins pour rum. We cover the raisin soaked in a rum with a food film - let it be insisted. In a bowl, beat the butter and sugar powder. Beat well until it is airy. We add an egg, once again we beat it well. Add the sifted flour to the oil mixture, mix it. Add the raisins to the mixture with rum, mix again well. We take the baking sheet, we grease it with melted butter. The mixture is put in a culinary bag and squeezed out in small portions on a baking tray at a distance of at least a couple of centimeters from each other. We put in the oven heated to 180 degrees, literally for 6-8 minutes. Then we take it out, remove it from the baking tray and cool it. The cookie is ready :)
