- salt - 1 pinch
- flour - 3-1 / 4 Cups
- eggs - 2 pieces
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- treacle - 1/4 cup
- ground ginger - 1 st. a spoon
- ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- Condensed milk - 400 Grams (ingredients for cream :)
- lemon juice - 1/2 cup
- egg yolks - 4 Pieces (large)
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- berries - 1 cup (on the edge)
Preheat the oven to 162 degrees. Prepare the cake: Mix the butter, sugar and salt in a large bowl until smooth. Add the flour of eggs, vanilla, molasses, ginger and cinnamon, mix. Form a smooth dough. Roll out the dough on flour-strewed surfaces. Bake cake in a baking dish for 12-15 minutes. Carefully mix the whisk with condensed milk, lemon juice, egg yolk and vanilla. Pour the cream on the cake, bake for about 15 minutes. Completely cool the cake and serve to the table.
