Lemon pie This pie I saw in the movie "Toast". And I decided to try to cook. For a long time I so did not admire dessert. Delicious pastries, just magical. This is my first experience with a lemon, and indeed with a similar batch, for me it's just aerobatics, very exquisite, and immensely delicious. I strongly recommend from the heart!

- Step 1 Pie will need flour, sugar, milk, lemons (3 pieces), margarine, chicken eggs (yolks for Kurds, and proteins for meringues).

Cook until thickening for 5-15 minutes to get a uniform thick mass. Cool and add butter.
- Step 6 Prepare the meringue: whisk together with 200 grams of sugar.
- Step 7 The dough is taken from the oven and left to cool. In the cooled dough pour out the lemon cream.
- Step 8 From the top decorate merengoy, you can spread a spoon or confectionery syringe (bag), giving a pattern.
- Step 9 Put the cake in a preheated oven to 150 ° C for 10 minutes, so that the merenga slightly blushes from above. After baking, cool and put into the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. It is desirable that after baking the cake stands for the night in the fridge, otherwise the Kurd can spread out.
