Dessert from cottage cheese and sugar candies In our country, cottage cheese is a traditional product, which is very popular. It is especially useful for children, pregnant women and nursing mothers, since the calcium and phosphorus salts contained in it are spent on building bone tissue, blood formation, etc. Children are reluctant to eat curd in their pure form, so the culinary invented a variety of dishes with cottage cheese, combining it with various products: yoghurt, fruits, berries, honey. Ingredients:- Gingerbreads 100 g
- Lollipops 200g
- Cottage cheese weight 200 g
- Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To make the candy balls you need to take sweet curd cheese with vanillin, a little sugar, gingerbread and candy caramel of different colors.
- Step 2 Grate the gingerbread on a fine grater.
- Step 3 Put the cheese in a bowl, add sugar and grind into a homogeneous mass.
- Step 4 Combine the gingerbread crumb with the curds and mix thoroughly.
