Spicy carrots Honestly, a few years ago, only with the mention of boiled carrots, I got goose bumps ... from horror! But it all changed when I discovered this simple way of cooking carrots! Cooked for a couple of carrots retains its useful qualities and bright color, and the addition of garlic and ginger gives it originality and extra flavor! You can also add a teaspoon of whiskey or other "smoked" alcoholic beverage, giving an extra flavor! Ingredients:- Carrots 500 g
- Garlic 3 denticles
- Fresh ginger 3 tsp.
- Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Cognac 1 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To prepare the dish you will need carrots, olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt and cognac.
- Step 2 Clean the carrots and cut them into circles.
- Step 3 Put the carrots into a steamer and cook until done. I have a steamer without pressure, so it took about 15 minutes.
