- Bow - 3 pieces
- Flour - 1 Art. spoon (without top)
- Vegetable oil - 2 items. spoons
- Cream 15% - 200 Grams
- Salt - 0.5 teaspoons (to taste)
- Pepper black ground - 2-3 Pinch (to taste)
- Dill greens - 20 Grams (optional)
We clean the onion and cut into rings. Lightly fry onions in vegetable or butter for about 5 minutes. Do not forget to get in the way! Add the flour to the onion. Stir and literally fry a minute. We pour into the frying pan with onion cream, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and remove from the hot plate. Before serving, add finely chopped dill.
