At first glance, the combination of products seems slightly incompatible, but you only need to put them together and you will feel that each of them complements each other, as well as their useful properties, saturating the body only useful. When making this salad, many articles were re-read and now, bypassing hundreds of culinary inventions, I created this useful miracle! Now about the pitch! You can serve this salad in any interpretation, both portioned and on a common plate, both in a bowl and in a glass. Spread as you like, you can layers, you can mix, and decorate the way your imagination tells. Personally, I made it portionwise and in layers, decorated with a slice of Sharon, almonds and berries from cooked sauce. Ingredients:- Lollo Rossa salad 20 g
- Frize Salad 10 g
- Salad green 20 g
- Mint fresh 1 g
- Persimmon 0.5 pcs.
- Chicken breast smoked 70 g
- Gorgonzola cheese 35g
- Almonds 20 g
- Almond petals 10 g
- Wine red semisweet 100 ml
- Sugar 2.5 tbsp. l.
- Black currant 40 g
- Lemon juice 30 ml
- Step 1 Necessary ingredients for salad: several kinds of lettuce leaf, sharon (or persimmon), smoked chicken breast, gorgonzola cheese, almonds, almond shavings, mint.
- Step 2 Necessary ingredients for the sauce: wine, sugar, lemon, currant black (ideally, make a sauce of red currant, and black is added to the salad).
- Step 3 Prepare the sauce. Wine pour into the saucepan and evaporate half, after adding sugar, lemon juice and half currant. All with a periodicity of one minute. After a little more boil about 4 minutes. Stir with a blender and wipe through a sieve.
- Step 4 Cool the sauce and add the rest of the currant to it. This can be done before the salad dressing.
